I dream about this quesadilla from peace pies. I even purchased their incredible cook book so I could replicate it at home. It was by far the best purchase I made in 2020, so many of my salad dressings are inspired by Dole Whip πŸ’›πŸ

Last week I was craving broccoli cheese casserole, I know strange, but as I am eating more intuitively I wanted to honor this strange craving and make my own version!

How I cooked the broccoli:

• 5 cloves of garlic
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1/2 cup of chickpea liquid
