Buffalo Cauliflower "Wings" w/Homemade Vegan Ranch

Making buffalo cauliflower at home is so easy, pretty fast and it’s DELICIOUS. I personally do not deep fry these, just pop them in the oven for about 30 minutes, and BAMB- we have some dancing taste buds. I am a sucker for ranch dressing. Always have, always will. It’s the “American” in me, I just love it. So I am still playing around with different ingredients and ways the make it perfect, so far, this one takes the lead.

Ingredients:
Wings:
•1 head of cauliflower
•2 tablespoons of garlic salt
•1 tsp of red chili flakes (more if you want that fire)
•1 tablespoon of any hot sauce (more if you want the fire)
•2 tablespoons of almond milk
• 1 tablespoon of potato starch (it’s the thickening agent)

Ranch:
• 1 tablespoon of vegan mayonnaise (yes i know, not that great for you but i had to use it for my ranch dressing)
• 1 tsp salt 3 tablespoons of fresh dill 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
•1 tablespoon fresh oregano
• 3 garlic cloves
• Splash of almond milk
Directions:
• Preheat your oven to 450.

•In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the cauliflower. I add the potato starch at the end.

• Breach up your cauliflower and add into the bowl and mix really well. Add more spice or seasoning.

• Lay out evenly on a baking sheet and cook for 30 min- at 15 min, flip them over

• RANCH: Add 1-2 tablespoons of vegan mayo, 1/2 tablespoon almond milk, dill, parsley, garlic, any seasoning.

• Mix really well, a blender might help. For me, dressing is trial and error. SO try it, need more salt? Need more dill (probably) go for it.

• Preheat your oven to 450.
