Soy Free Miso Soup

I love miso soup, at one point in my healing journey, I may have even been 70% miso soup that is how much i consumed of this magnificent meal. However, my body really rejects soy. It truly does not want to be hanging out in my digest system. However, the queen of goop, GP, created a soy-free, guilt-free miso soup for those of us with soy sensitivities.

Ingredients
• 2 Tablespoons of Wakame (I used dulse)
• 3 Tablespoons of chickpea miso paste
• half cup asparagus
• half cup green onions
• 2 celery sticks
• 3 small mushrooms
• water
• 3/4 cup cilantro

Directions
Bring the water to a boil.

Add the wakame/seaweed in the water for 4-6min.

In a separate bowl take the chickpea miso paste and water whisk together.

Add in all the veggies chopped up into the water with the wakame.

Add the miso paste into the pot and let simmer for 5 min.
